1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this Delta Sigma Pi - Kappa Tau Chapter point tracking system ("the System"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the System.

2. Eligibility

This System is exclusively for use by:

• Active members of Delta Sigma Pi - Kappa Tau Chapter
• Chapter officers and administrators
• Alumni with administrative privileges (if applicable)

Unauthorized access is prohibited and may result in disciplinary action.

3. User Accounts

Your account is linked to your phone number. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your phone number current in the system
• Not sharing verification codes with others
• Logging out on shared or public devices
• Reporting unauthorized access immediately

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Attempt to access another member's account
• Submit false or fraudulent point claims
• Attempt to manipulate or hack the System
• Use the System for any purpose other than chapter business
• Share confidential chapter data with non-members

5. Points & Records

The System tracks participation points for chapter requirements. You acknowledge that:

• Point values and requirements are set by chapter leadership
• Points require administrative approval before being finalized
• Chapter leadership has final authority on point disputes
• Falsifying point submissions is a violation of chapter bylaws

6. Administrator Privileges

Users with executive or admin roles have additional capabilities. Administrators must:

• Use privileges responsibly and ethically
• Protect member privacy and data
• Not abuse access for personal gain
• Follow all chapter policies regarding data handling

7. System Availability

We strive to maintain System availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The System may be unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Technical issues
• External service outages (SMS provider, database, etc.)

8. Intellectual Property

The Delta Sigma Pi name, logo, and coat of arms are registered trademarks of Delta Sigma Pi national fraternity. This System is developed and maintained by the Kappa Tau Chapter.

9. Limitation of Liability

The System is provided "as is" without warranties. Delta Sigma Pi - Kappa Tau Chapter and its officers are not liable for:

• Data loss or corruption
• Service interruptions
• Errors in point calculations (though we will correct them)
• Unauthorized access due to user negligence

10. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the System after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

Your access may be terminated if you:

• Violate these terms
• Are no longer an active member
• Graduate or leave the chapter
• Receive disciplinary action from the chapter
